A Holiday Pause

Because even brisket needs a break (and so do our people).

At Belle’s Kitchen + Music Hall, we’re all about good food, good music, and good company… and this season, that includes making sure our crew gets the chance to enjoy all three with the people they love most.

That’s why we’ll be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

Now, don’t get us wrong… we love feeding the community. But around here, great BBQ doesn’t happen in an afternoon. Our brisket and pulled pork are smoked low and slow for 15 hours… which means that to open on Boxing Day, our pit crew would be firing up the smokers through the night on Christmas Day. And while we’re dedicated, we’re not about to ask our team to trade in stockings, family dinners, and sleepy holiday mornings for stoking the fire in the cold.

Belle’s was built on togetherness, on the magic of people gathering around food and music. And for us, that includes giving our staff the time to make their own memories, share laughs, and maybe even sneak in a well-deserved nap between dinners.

So this year, we’re letting the pits cool for just a moment, taking a deep breath, and stepping back to celebrate what matters most: family, friends, and a little holiday harmony.

We’ll be back after the break; rested, recharged, and ready to hit you with all the smoky goodness, toe-tapping tunes, and warm hospitality you expect from Belle’s.
